To maintain our high standard of service and logistics, we require a minimum order of AED 500 for delivery (depending on the season). For smaller requirements, "dry hire" (self-collection from our warehouse) may be available with no minimum spend.

Absolutely. We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our warehouse and the size of the vehicle required for your order.

Our standard rental period is 24 to 48 hours. If your event spans several days or you require an extended rental, please contact our team for a custom multi-day rate.

There is no need for a full deep clean! We simply ask that you scrape off excess food and rinse plates and cutlery to prevent staining or odors. Our professional team handles all deep cleaning and sanitization in-house to ensure every piece meets our hygiene standards.

We understand that accidents can happen during a celebration. A replacement fee will be charged for any items returned broken, chipped, or lost. These rates are transparently listed in your initial quote or contract for your peace of mind.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all bookings to cover potential damages or losses. This deposit is typically processed and returned within 3–7 business days after our warehouse team has completed a post-event inspection.

Yes! While our standard service includes delivery in protective crates to your doorstep, we offer professional styling services for an additional fee. Our stylists can ensure your vision is perfectly executed on the day.

Many of our bespoke and gold-rimmed collections are delicate and not suitable for microwaves or industrial dishwashers. If you plan to use our items for heating food, please consult with our team so we can recommend the appropriate collection.

We strive to be flexible. You may increase your order (subject to stock availability) up to 48 hours before delivery. To avoid any cancellation penalties, please finalize any decreases in quantity at least 7 days prior to your event.

14+ days notice: Full refund of the deposit. 48–72 hours notice: A charge of 50% to 100% may apply, as logistics and stock preparation are often already in motion.
